How to Apply to Qdos - Qualification for the Developement of Sport

Applications must be made in writing using the Qdos Application form. A copy of this can be downloaded from this site or completed online . Application forms may also be obtained from Paul Collins at the address below or by phoning 01823 274073.Application forms should be returned to The Qdos Centre by midday on 8th January 2010.

All applicants will be interviewed and will be notified of a decision by 20th May 2011 at the latest. Applications made after this date may be considered only if places are available.

Provisional decisions will be notified to applicants on 13th May 2010
Final decisions will be notified to applicants on 1st September 2010
Appeals against a decision to refuse a place must be Submitted between 2nd April 2011 and midday 23rd June 2011
In the event of oversubscription the places will be allocated strictly in accordance with the following criteria up to the published Admission Number
1.Students who are on roll at Taunton Deane and West Somerset Consortium schools and who have achieved the minimum academic entrance requirements.
2.Students living closest to the Qdos Centre by straight line measurement using the Local Authority GIS distance measurement system and who have achieved the relevant minimum entry requirements.
